Censorship in America has been going on for centuries. In the 20th Century, books were “banned”, movies deemed too obscene were edited. Television would not show a married couple and in bed and news programs came under attack. There may be a freedom of speech provision in the United States Constitution but groups have tried to shut that down for decades. Evan discusses censorship America in the 20th century - why it happened and how it shaped film and TV.  Adults only.  Registration required.
