Gershwin was one of the few composers whose music was successfully enjoyed by classical and popular music audiences and artists alike. In addition, he created works for the concert world that remain among the most performed and beloved of all, led by the dynamic Rhapsody in Blue which celebrates its 100th anniversary in 2024.  Learn how this controversial yet enduring piece was received by critics and public.  Adults only.  Registration required.
