A calming and wellness session introducing EFT Tapping and Hypnosis for Stress Relief.

In this interactive experience, attendees will first learn about EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) Tapping — what it is, why it works, and how it gently supports emotional release and stress reduction. Together, we will practice a brief tapping sequence that participants can use anytime to calm the nervous system and regain balance.
The session will then introduce hypnosis — what it truly is, how it works, and why it is a safe and natural state of focused relaxation. Participants will experience a gentle group hypnosis session designed to ease stress and promote clarity and calm.  This workshop offers practical, easy-to-use tools to help you feel calmer, clearer, and more in control.

Gulnaz Saeed, CHC, is a Life Coach and Certified HypnoCounselor and a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists. She specializes in mindset transformation, emotional resilience, and stress reduction. With a warm and practical approach, Gulnaz empowers individuals—especially women—to reconnect with their inner calm, confidence, and clarity through hypnosis and evidence-based emotional wellness tools.
