Program Description

Event Details

Workshop by  Elizabeth Glynn, Holistic Health &Wellness Coach specializing in the menopause transition (perimenopause through post-menopause).

A creative self-discovery workshop where women explore what matters most to them through guided reflection and vision board creation.  Participants will learn the science behind why vision boards work, create a personalized collage reflecting their healthiest and happiest self, and walk away with practical tools to turn their vision into achievable goals. This workshop addresses a significant need for women - midlife and older - who often feel invisible during life transitions. Using the evidence-based Circle of Life assessment tool combined with expressive arts activities, participants create a personalized wellness vision that's both inspiring and actionable. The workshop has been carefully designed to accommodate varying artistic comfort levels and creates a supportive, women-only space for authentic sharing and reflection. For women aged 45+.  Registration required.  Space is limited.
