Talk by Diane Lang

Learn ways to extend your life and overall quality of well-being by learning how to age with intention.

Active Aging means being diligent about your own health and wellness. Active aging is a way of living that embraces physical, mental, social, and spiritual wellness as we grow older so that we live our best lives no matter our age. Active aging allows us to fully engage in life.

We are always aging - that is not something we can change - but age can just be a number. We have to feel that number.  Learn how to age the way you want to age through lifestyle habits, embracing change, reducing stress and shifting belief systems that are keeping you stuck. Adults only.  Registration required.
