Talk by Master Gardener Bill Moran
It may come as a surprise to many Morris County residents - that within a short driving distance there are hundreds of public gardens! Most are free and offer an incredible variety of plants and designs. In some instances, the gardens were once part of a private estate and the original mansion may be open for viewing. Bill will discuss a range of gardens from pocket size to multi-acre arboretums. His talk includes pictures of each garden along with access information and the speaker’s highly subjective rating. A list of all local gardens will be distributed. Adults only. Registration required.
